With this program, you will receive:

  • An initial in-person evaluation which will include a thorough assessment of gait (walking) movement patterns, strength, endurance, and flexibility; and backpack fit adjustment
  • A full 12-month, comprehensive program developed with your goals in mind
  • Weekly virtual visits to review progress, check form, and answer any questions you may have
  • Monthly in-person sessions aligned with a periodization training schedule to ensure you are redefining your limits delivered via TrainHeroic app. 
  • At the conclusion of your training program, we will meet in-person to review goal achievements and measure the improvements you have gained from all of your hard work!
