With this program, you will receive:
- An initial in-person evaluation which will include a thorough assessment of movement patterns, strength, endurance, and flexibility
- A comprehensive 6-month program developed with your goals in mind delivered via TrainHeroic app
- Weekly virtual visits to review progress, check form, and answer any questions you may have
- Monthly in-person sessions to ensure you are on track to meeting your goals
- At the conclusion of your training program, we will meet in-person to review goal achievements and measure the improvements you have gained from all of your hard work!
